Martin Pra\u010dka, STUDIO 97, Krkono\u0161sk\u00e1 10, Praha 2, STUDIO97@VOLNY.CZ<br>Stav: prod\u00e1no 2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Popis zpracovan\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u00fd objekt je navr\u017een na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edch objekt\u016f d\u00edlen pneuservisu v proluce mezi \u010din\u017eovn\u00edmi domy p\u0159il\u00e9haj\u00edc\u00edmi k ulici Bieblov\u011b. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou objekty pneuservisu opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 a neslou\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parcela byla historicky uva\u017eov\u00e1na v obdob\u00ed tvorby zastavovac\u00edho pl\u00e1nu na p\u0159elomu 19. a 20. stolet\u00ed, jako pozemek k v\u00fdstavb\u011b \u010din\u017eovn\u00edho domu s v\u00fd\u0161kou danou \u0159\u00edmsou a h\u0159ebenem sousedn\u00edch dom\u016f \u2013 tato kriteria jsou zachov\u00e1na i p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9m n\u00e1vrhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parcela byla p\u016fvodn\u011b zakoupena na v\u00fdstavbu \u010din\u017eovn\u00edho domu, av\u0161ak nejprve zastav\u011bna p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed d\u00edlnou \u2013 s my\u0161lenkou vytvo\u0159en\u00ed zisku, kter\u00fd by \u010dasem poslou\u017eil k v\u00fdstavb\u011b velk\u00e9ho \u010din\u017eovn\u00edho domu. O tom faktu sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed jednak, \u017ee takov\u00fdto objekt je \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b podsklepen a m\u00e1 rovnou st\u0159echu, co\u017e v t\u00e9to dob\u011b nebylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u2013 z toho je mo\u017en\u00e9 usoudit, \u017ee st\u0159echa mohla poslou\u017eit k nastavov\u00e1n\u00ed, podsklepen\u00ed je t\u00e9\u017e velmi solidn\u00ed a odpov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b charakteru \u010din\u017eovn\u00edmu domu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho objektu nedo\u0161lo a d\u016fm z\u016fstal v p\u016fvodn\u00edm rozsahu zachov\u00e1n dodnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na parcele se nach\u00e1z\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b objekt p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed haly provizorn\u00edho charakteru. V\u0161echny objekty na parcele nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou architektonickou, v\u00fdtvarnou ani technickou hodnotu a proto jsou ur\u010deny k demolici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Urbanistick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Navrhovan\u00fd d\u016fm vych\u00e1z\u00ed z urbanistick\u00fdch a architektonick\u00fdch princip\u016f sousedn\u00ed z\u00e1stavby \u2013 to znamen\u00e1 \u010din\u017eovn\u00ed d\u016fm v blokov\u00e9 z\u00e1stavb\u011b. Hlavn\u00ed obytn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti jsou orientov\u00e1ny do uli\u010dn\u00ed fas\u00e1dy, do dvora men\u0161\u00ed m\u00edstnosti obslu\u017en\u00e9 a vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace \u2013 v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b prosklen\u00e1 schodi\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1 v\u011b\u017e s v\u00fdtahem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161kov\u011b d\u016fm navazuje na sousedy \u2013 jak \u0159\u00edmsou, tak h\u0159ebenem st\u0159echy. Centr\u00e1ln\u00ed poloha domu vzhledem k ob\u011bma sousedn\u00edm dom\u016fm je ve st\u0159edu objektu akcentov\u00e1na prosklen\u00fdm objektem st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed v\u011b\u017ee s d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdm slunolamem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uli\u010dn\u00ed fas\u00e1da domu je od \u00farovn\u011b 2.n.p. plasticky \u010dlen\u011bna ark\u00fd\u0159em, zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed plocha fas\u00e1dy je bez oken \u2013 \u010dlen\u011bna pouze strukturou povrchu fas\u00e1dy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edposledn\u00ed podla\u017e\u00ed domu je vybaveno terasou, kter\u00e1 t\u00e9\u017e p\u016fdorysn\u011b ustupuje oproti ark\u00fd\u0159i. Vstup do domu je situov\u00e1n na osu uli\u010dn\u00ed fas\u00e1dy a vjezd do podzemn\u00edch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed je napravo od vstupu v m\u00edst\u011b nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky chodn\u00edku v\u016f\u010di objektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celkov\u011b d\u016fm prostorov\u011b nevybo\u010duje z okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavby a dopl\u0148uje \u010delo bloku st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch dom\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Architektonicko-dispozi\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fm je koncipov\u00e1n jako \u010dist\u011b obytn\u00e1 budova s pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm z\u00e1zem\u00edm. P\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed objektu bude vyu\u017eito pro vstupn\u00ed prostory, vjezd do gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, komory a pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed objektu. Z d\u016fvod\u016f n\u00edzk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky patra nad chodn\u00edkem nebude vyu\u017eito pro bydlen\u00ed. Vestibulem a spojovac\u00ed chodbou je n\u00e1stup do prosklen\u00e9 v\u011b\u017ee s v\u00fdtahem a schodi\u0161t\u011bm ve dvorn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti parcely. Ta vertik\u00e1ln\u011b propojuje patra podzemn\u00edch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se vstupn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00edm a ostatn\u00edmi obytn\u00fdmi podla\u017e\u00edmi v dom\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obytn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st domu je navr\u017eena tak, aby na ka\u017ed\u00e9m podla\u017e\u00ed byla jedna bytov\u00e1 jednotka o celkov\u00e9 plo\u0161e cca 150 m<sup>2<\/sup> \u2013 celkem 5x, posledn\u00ed dv\u011b ustupuj\u00edc\u00ed podla\u017e\u00ed jsou tvo\u0159ena jedn\u00edm mezonetov\u00fdm bytem o plo\u0161e cca 200 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Byt v nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm podla\u017e\u00ed je vybaven dvorn\u00ed zatravn\u011bnou terasou na st\u0159e\u0161e gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, ostatn\u00ed byty v patrech maj\u00ed ve dvo\u0159e balkony a mezonetov\u00fd byt m\u00e1 terasy jak do ulice, tak do dvora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdhodn\u00e1 je orientace domu v\u016f\u010di sv\u011btov\u00fdm stran\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje kvalitn\u00ed denn\u00ed osv\u011btlen\u00ed v\u0161ech m\u00edstnost\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch byt\u016f, nav\u00edc d\u016fm svoj\u00ed siluetou nezasti\u0148uje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z obytn\u00fdch m\u00edstnost\u00ed okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Architektonick\u00fd v\u00fdraz domu je t\u00e9\u017e podtr\u017een i pou\u017eit\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly \u2013 pln\u00e9 plochy fas\u00e1d budou provedeny v klasick\u00e9 om\u00edtce s plastick\u00fdm \u0161tukov\u00fdm dekorem \u2013 jemn\u00fdch horizont\u00e1ln\u00edch dr\u00e1\u017eek, kter\u00e9 budou v m\u00edstech strop\u016f ka\u017ed\u00e9ho druh\u00e9ho podla\u017e\u00ed p\u0159eru\u0161eny horizont\u00e1ln\u00edmi pruhy hladk\u00e9 om\u00edtky \u2013 tak, aby vznikala iluze vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch sv\u011btl\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161ek jednotliv\u00fdch pater a t\u00edmto se d\u016fm p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil v\u00edce proporc\u00edm okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vystupuj\u00edc\u00ed akr\u00fd\u0159 bude proveden z patinovan\u00fdch ocelov\u00fdch profil\u016f do nich\u017e budou vlo\u017eena d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1 okna s d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdmi roletami a pouzdry na zapu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rolet proveden\u00fdmi t\u00e9\u017e ve d\u0159ev\u011b, z\u00e1bradl\u00ed terasy mezonetov\u00e9ho bytu bude t\u00e9\u017e z ocel. profil\u016f. \u0161ikm\u00e1 st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed krytina bude provedena z p\u00e1len\u00fdch ta\u0161ek \u2013 bobrovek v p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed barv\u011b, rovn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti st\u0159ech a \u010d\u00e1sti s m\u00edrn\u00fdm sp\u00e1dem budou provedeny z m\u011bdi. Slunolamov\u00e1 pergola na posledn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00ed bude proveden ze d\u0159eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Architektura domu by m\u011bla evokovat funkcionalistick\u00e9 \u201ez\u00e1stavby proluk\u201c z meziv\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed min. stolet\u00ed \u2013 jak solidnost\u00ed, tak i komfortem nab\u00edzen\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed, kter\u00fd nebyl dodnes p\u0159ekon\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>investor: A.K.F. Martin Pra\u010dka<br>stav: prod\u00e1no 2016<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ji\u017en\u00edm, sva\u017eit\u00e9m pozemku o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e cca 2.500 m<sup>2<\/sup> v reziden\u010dn\u00ed \u010dtvrti Troja byla postavena vila, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed mo\u017enosti ter\u00e9nn\u00edho \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed ji\u017en\u00edho svahu. Term\u00edn zah\u00e1jen\u00ed: l\u00e9to 2010. Term\u00edn dokon\u010den\u00ed: kolaudace v listopadu 2011<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201enechte na sebe p\u016fsobit prostory, jejich atmosf\u00e9ru, jejich spojen\u00ed s okoln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodou, s \u010dlov\u011bkem uvnit\u0159 a pokud nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pocit, kter\u00fd uc\u00edt\u00edte, bude pravda, tak jste na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b\u201e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozemek, na kter\u00e9m nemovitost stoj\u00ed, se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na ji\u017en\u00ed str\u00e1ni chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed oblasti Ve Vi\u0161ni\u010dk\u00e1ch v bl\u00edzkosti Trojsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1mku v m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 7 \u2013 Troja, ulici Nad Kazankou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel\u00fd d\u016fm je navr\u017een jako plynouc\u00ed prostor a to jak zakomponov\u00e1n\u00ed stavby do relativn\u011b strm\u00e9ho svahu, tak vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 p\u0159echody mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi patry, m\u00edstnostmi i jeho spojen\u00ed s okoln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V cel\u00e9 stavb\u011b jsou pot\u0159eny hranice mezi interierem a exterierem, p\u0159esto m\u00e1 vnit\u0159ek domu pevn\u00fd a jasn\u011b definovan\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voln\u011b stoj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fm, odsazen\u00fd od ulice zahradou m\u00e1 tvarovou jednoduchost, p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1, ale minimalistick\u00e1 skeletov\u00e1 konstrukce ze \u017eelezobetonu d\u00e1v\u00e1 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed prostor prosklen\u00ed v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed fas\u00e1d, kter\u00e9 pomoc\u00ed velk\u00fdch teras spojuje interier domu s okol\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V interieru je pou\u017eito minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed druh\u016f materi\u00e1l\u016f, aby vynikla \u010distota, dokonalost proporc\u00ed a elegance ka\u017ed\u00e9ho detailu. P\u0159i stoup\u00e1n\u00ed do vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch podla\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00edme z korun strom\u016f a\u017e do nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho patra, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m poskytuje pohled na Prahu tak\u0159ka z pta\u010d\u00ed perspektivy. Tento pocit je nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i odpo\u010dinku v p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm alt\u00e1nu, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdm vysoko nad severn\u00ed hranic\u00ed domu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavba je navr\u017eena jako prostor. Ne jako p\u016fdorysy, fas\u00e1dy, \u0159ezy, pohledy. Jednotliv\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti tvo\u0159\u00ed dojmov\u011b velk\u00fd, z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak velmi intimn\u00ed prostor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z cel\u00e9ho domu je c\u00edtit snaha o vytvo\u0159en\u00ed historick\u00e9 hodnoty, pohodlnosti, d\u016fkladnosti, \u00fa\u010delnosti, o vytvo\u0159en\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed zasa\u017eeno hekti\u010dnost\u00ed
